About our Cards

All photography, digital products and cards are done by LindaMae Ogilvie.  Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).  We accept several forms of payment including VISA, Mastercard and e-transfer.  

Is there a message inside the cards?

No, all of our cards are blank inside for your own personal message.

Variations in the Photo/Card design

Actual colours of all products may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences and photography lighting.

How are your cards shipped?

Cards are posted in a sturdy brown postage envelope to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

We are based in Fergus, Ontario, Canada.  We currently ship to Canada and US.  We offer regular standard shipping (not tracked) and priority shipping (tracked).  Options are available depending on the items in your cart.

How much do you charge for shipping?

The customer is responsible for shipping costs.  Shipping is calculated in accordance with shipping rates from Canada Post.  

Free local pick-up is available, please contact us for details.

The customer is responsible for all duties payable related to shipping outside of Canada.  Designs by LindaMae is not responsible for these charges

Can my card be sent direct to the recipient?

Yes, I am happy to send the card direct, please change the postal address and leave a note to let me know or email me after purchase.

What is your return policy?

I do accept returns within 14 days of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  I regret I cannot accept returns on personalized items.  Please note I do not refund return postage.  

If your item(s) arrived damaged during transit, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and email it to us so we can assess the situation with the post office or courier.

Downloadable products are exempt from being returned.  All sales are final on discounted cards and calendars
